The Recruitment committee continually keeps a fresh list of potential candidates for membership in your council.

A properly functioning Recruitment Committee:

1. Is composed of three or more members appointed by the grand knight in collaboration with the membership director
2. Identifies and schedules recruitment drives, which should include Church drives, open houses and team recruiting initiatives
3. Works with the Program Director in inviting potential members to participate in council activities
