By accessing or using our website hosting services for Knights of Columbus Councils, Chapters, and Fourth Degree Assemblies in Texas and the United States, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By subscribing to or using our services, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of a Knights of Columbus entity (Council, Chapter, or Assembly) and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

KCHosting LLC offers website hosting services tailored for Knights of Columbus entities. These services include:
- Website hosting and domain registration.
- Secure storage and data backups.
- Customer support for technical issues.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
3.1. Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. You must promptly update any changes to your information to maintain the accuracy of your account details.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KCHosting is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.3. Authorized Use
You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Hosting services are restricted to Knights of Columbus-related activities.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected hosting plan. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars and are due on the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly, annually).
4.2. Late Payments
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. Reactivation fees may apply.

5. User Content
5.1. Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your hosted website.
5.2. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your website content. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech or discriminatory material.
- Content violating intellectual property rights.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
KCHosting reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, trademarks, and logos provided by KCHosting remain the property of KCHosting LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our explicit consent.
7. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
KCHosting LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Service interruptions.
- Data loss or corruption.
- Unauthorized access to user data.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the 12 months preceding the incident.

KCHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for failure to pay fees. You may cancel your account at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Dallas, Texas.
